Position Overview:

As a Sales and Growth Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our market share. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
    • Execute end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
    • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase product/service offerings and address any concerns.
  • New Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Market Analysis and Intelligence:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify areas for growth and improvement.
    • Provide regular updates and insights to the leadership team regarding market conditions and opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients to convey value propositions and address inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the car rental industry market and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience.

Experience

Employment Terms
